Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, hardworking and take pride in the work they do.
For experienced roofing installers, we're looking for:
• Experience installing shingle roofing
• Valid Working at Heights certification
• Ability to safely lift 70+ lbs
• Ability to work as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation or ability to get to our Kingston pickup location
• A positive attitude and willingness to work
Experience with any of the following is a bonus:
• Metal roofing
• Flat roofing
• Soffit & fascia
• Siding
• Eavestrough
• Exterior finishing and flashing.
We also welcome people who are newer to the trades but are reliable, motivated and willing to learn. The right attitude and work ethic go a long way on our crew.
Current Opening — Roofing Installer
Roofing Installer — $23–$35/hour
We're currently looking for an experienced Roofing Installer to join our crew. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience installing shingle and/or metal roofing who can step onto a jobsite and contribute to the crew from day one.Experience with flat roofing, soffit, fascia, siding, eavestrough or exterior finishing is a bonus.
What we offer:• $23–$35/hour, based on experience and skill

• Door pickup and drop-off within Kingston city limits
New Hire Bonus — $300
We're also offering a $300 new-hire bonus for successful new employees who stay with the company and meet the requirements of the hiring program.

Current Opening — Experienced Roofing Labourer
Experienced Roofing Labourer — $18–$24/hour
We're also looking for an experienced roofing labourer who is comfortable working outdoors, working as part of a crew and helping keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has some roofing or construction experience and understands the demands of working on residential exterior projects.
What we're looking for:• Previous roofing or construction experience
• Valid Working at Heights certification
• Ability to safely lift 70+ lbs
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small crew
Experience with shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing, soffit, fascia, siding or eavestrough is a bonus.
Pay: $18–$24/hour, based on experience and skill.
